Your Group’s Crowdhelix profile allows you to showcase its capabilities across the Crowdhelix Network. You can manage your group’s profile page using its Group Settings page on the Crowdhelix platform, which also allows you to manage the users that are associated with it.

<aside> ⚠️ To access the Group Settings page you must have been assigned as the Group’s Leader (by a member of the Crowdhelix team, your Organisation’s Leader, or one of the organisation’s Administrators) or as one of the group’s Administrators (by a member of the Crowdhelix team, the group’s leader, your organisation’s leader, or one of the organisation’s administrators). If you believe you should be granted either of these roles for your group, please 👥  contact the team for support.

At any time whilst logged in to Crowdhelix, you can manage your Group in its Group Settings page. To access this, click your profile image or initials at the top right of the page to open the menu. Next, click your group's name from the dropdown list, under the section entitled MANAGE GROUPS.

General settings

On the General tab of your Group’s Group Settings page you can click edit next to any of the boxes on this page to add or change information on your group’s profile that will be shown to other users on the platform.

To add or update your group’s logo, click Edit next to the existing logo and select an appropriate photo from the files on your computer. We recommend using a square-formatted logo where available, as this will make it more recognisable when it is used in smaller formats across the platform.

You can edit your group’s description by clicking edit next to the box. You can include weblinks in the description text, if you want to.

Expertise settings

Untitled

By clicking the Expertise tab of the Group Settings page you can add your Group’s areas of expertise in the form of keywords, which will be used by other users on Crowdhelix to find your group.

To add a keyword, begin typing it in the box. A list of matching keywords that already appear in the Crowdhelix database appears as you type. If you can see your intended keyword in the list, you can add it to the profile by clicking the keyword, or by pressing enter if it appears at the top of the list. If your intended keyword does not appear, you can instead press enter once you have finished typing it.

To save any changes you have made to your group’s profile, click Update expertise at the bottom right of the page.
