Your Organisation’s Crowdhelix profile allows you to showcase its capabilities across the Crowdhelix Network, and displays the Opportunities posted by the Expert users ****that represent it on the platform. You can manage your organisation’s profile page using its Organisation Settings page on the Crowdhelix platform, which also allows you to manage the users and opportunities that are associated with it.
<aside> ⚠️ To access the Organisation Settings page you must have been assigned as the Organisation’s Leader (by a member of the Crowdhelix team) or as one of its Administrators (by either a member of the Crowdhelix team or the leader). If you believe you should be granted either of these roles for your organisation, please 👥 contact the team for support.

At any time whilst logged in to Crowdhelix, you can manage your Organisation in its Organisation Settings page. To access this, click your profile image or initials
at the top right of the page to open the menu. Next, click your organisation’s name
from the dropdown list, under the section entitled MANAGE ORGANISATIONS.
On the General
tab of your Organisation’s Organisation Settings page you can click edit
next to any of the boxes on this page to add or change information on your organisation’s profile that will be shown to other users on the platform.
To add or update your organisation’s logo, click Edit
next to the existing logo and select an appropriate photo from the files on your computer. We recommend using a square-formatted logo where available, as this will make it more recognisable when it is used in smaller formats across the platform.
You can also include your organisation’s nine-digit Participant Identification Code (”PIC”) provided by the European Union’s Funding and Tenders Portal, if it has one. To include this, click edit
next to the box, enter your organisation’s PIC
, and then click Update
to save your changes.
You can edit your organisation’s description by clicking edit
next to the box. You can include weblinks in the description text, if you want to.
On the General tab of the Organisation Settings page you can also add email domains provided by your organisation, to facilitate your colleagues signing up as its representatives. Users signing up to Crowdhelix using validated email addresses from the domains you include in this box will have their accounts automatically accepted. Add any number of your organisation’s domains, including only the primary domain shown after the “@” in an email address. For example, for the email domain format “[email protected]” enter crowdhelix.com
. If your organisation provides subdomains, such as “[email protected]”, you can still simply enter crowdhelix.com
and all valid subdomains will automatically be recognised.
By clicking the Expertise
tab of the Organisation Settings page you can add your Organisation’s areas of expertise in the form of keywords, which will be used by other users on Crowdhelix to find your organisation.
To add a keyword, begin typing it in the box. A list of matching keywords that already appear in the Crowdhelix database appears as you type. If you can see your intended keyword in the list, you can add it to the profile by clicking the keyword
, or by pressing enter
if it appears at the top of the list. If your intended keyword does not appear, you can instead press enter
once you have finished typing it.
To save any changes you have made to your organisation’s profile, click Update expertise
at the bottom right of the page.
