If the user posting an Opportunity has chosen for it to be accessible to the Extended Network or to the public in its visibility settings, you can share the opportunity ****with a collaborator you trust, whether or not they currently have a Crowdhelix account, and regardless of whether their Organisation is a member of the Crowdhelix Network.
Sharing an opportunity sends full details of your chosen opportunity in an email to your collaborator. If they don’t yet have access to Crowdhelix they will also receive an invitation to register for a limited account as your Trusted Collaborator.
When viewing the details page for an Opportunity posted with an appropriate visibility setting, you will see the option to Share this opportunity ****towards the bottom of the page.
A window will appear allowing you to search for a collaborator to share the Opportunity with. If they are already a Crowdhelix user, you can ****select them from the list.
If you choose to share the Opportunity with someone who already has an account on Crowdhelix, they will receive an email containing full details about it. You can also include a personalised message to them by clicking Add a personal message.
If you can’t find your intended collaborator on the list of existing Crowdhelix users, you can instead share the Opportunity with anyone in the world whom you trust. They will also receive an inviation to sign up to Crowdhelix, so that they can view and respond to the opportunity, and others like it. To do this, start by clicking Send them an invite.
In the next window, fill in the details of your intended collaborator and add a personalised message, if you want to. Once you have submitted this form, they will receive an email including your personalised message (if any), details of the Opportunity you shared, and an invitation to register for a Crowdhelix account.
<aside> ⚠️ Trusted Collaborators Regardless of whether they sign up as a representative of an Organisation that is a member of the Crowdhelix Network, or one outside it in the Extended Network, if your intended collaborator sign up using your invitation they will be permanently featured on your profile showing that they are your Trusted Collaborator, and vice versa. Therefore, you should only do this if you trust the person, and are happy to vouch for their conduct on the Crowdhelix platform.
