If you find a Group on Crowdhelix that you would be interested in collaborating with, you can get in touch with its Leader by sending them a Direct Message.
<aside> ⚠️ If your account is part of the Extended Network, which means that your Organisation is not a member of the Crowdhelix Network, you will not be able to send new Direct Messages, however you can respond to messages sent to you by other Experts.

To search for a Group on Crowdhelix, click the search box labelled Search Crowdhelix at the top left of the page whilst you are logged in.

Begin typing a search term in the box. This could be:
Once you have completed typing your search term in the box, click Search groups from the list below to submit your search.
Select the group you want to contact by clicking its name or profile image. You can also click the name of its organisation to learn more about the Organisation that profiled the group on Crowdhelix.
If you want to get in contact with the selected group, click Send Message towards the top right of the page to begin drafting a Direct Message as a response to the group’s Leader.
<aside> ⚠️ Although the Crowdhelix team will not view the contents of direct messages unless under exceptional circumstances (in accordance with our Terms), you must not use the system to “spam” other users, for example by sending unsolicited offers or messages that otherwise do not relate to the purpose of Crowdhelix. Various restrictions are in place to ensure that the system is used for its intended purpose.

To send your message to the group you’ve selected, click Send. You can continue the conversation by accessing your Inbox, which can be accessed by clicking the grey speech bubble at the top right corner of the page, next to your user menu.
