If you are the Leader or an Administrator of an Organisation on Crowdhelix, and the organisation’s profile demonstrates that it has a high level of expertise and interest in topics related to a Helix, you can request for the organisation to be featured on the Helix’s summary page.

Once your request is approved, your organisation will be displayed on the list of organisations participating in the Helix community, and the Crowdhelix team will contact you regarding any Helix activities that may be of interest to you or your colleagues.

<aside> ⚠️ Before continuing with this process, please ensure that you have followed the steps set out in the 🏛️  Manage your Organisation’s profile and 🔬  Set up a Group sections of this Guide, so that your organisation’s profile is up to date, and that any relevant research teams are profiled as Groups.

You will be asked to confirm that your organisation’s profile demonstrates that it has a high level of expertise and interest in topics related to the Helix you have chosen. To submit your feature request, click Request. You can also close the window, and cancel your feature request, by clicking Cancel.

Your feature request will be reviewed by the Crowdhelix community management team within two business days. Your request will either be approved, meaning that your organisation will be featured on the Helix’s summary page, or a member of the team will get in contact with you to discuss your request.

<aside> ⚠️ Please kindly refrain from sending an excessive number of requests for your organisation to be featured on a Helix page. Many organisations in the Crowdhelix Network are comprehensive institutions with a breadth of expertise, and so in principle could be featured on most or all Helix pages. However, to make the featuring of organisations a meaningful and useful tool, we ask that organisation leaders submit requests to be featured on only those Helixes that are of particular interest in the context of building new international and intersectoral collaborations.
